WOD - Monday 9th December - & on the 8th day my Coach gave to me...




Strength/skill:
Clean technique 
Progressing to squat cleans

Paired with: 3 x Chest to bar pull Ups. 



WOD:
8 rounds for time  (30 minute time cap) 
7 x "see the light" sit ups
6 x Box Jumps
5 x KB Swings (eye level HEAVY) 
4 x Wall Balls
3 x Cleans (45/60)
200 m Run
1 x Wall Climb


Finisher Skill: selection box luck dip of finishers - what will it be ....
