Strength/skill:
Back Squats 
2 x Warm UP 
3 Woking sets of 8, 6, 4 Reps


WOD: 18 minute AMRAP
10 x Kettlebell swings
10 x Wall Balls
10 x Box Jumps
30 second plank hold 


Finisher Skill: 1 min max Air Squats
