WOD Wednesday 26th November




Barbell based WOD involving:
OHS - 10
Thrusters - 5
Cleans - 3
Deadlifts - 1 

Each of the above moves has a certain amount of points allocated to every completed rep. 

You will have 15 minutes to scores the maximum amount of points that you can!
