WOD 10th December

The Strength/skill:
Over Head Squat Skills 
Hand Stand Progressions

EMOM:
1 x HSPU
1 x Press Up
1 x Pull Up

* 8 x Burpees. 

Increase the HSPU, Press Ups & Pull Ups by one rep ever minute. Burpees remain the same. 

To failure ....


WOD:
5 Rounds for time 
10 x OHS 
10 x Over Box Burpees
