6 x Kettlebell swings
7 x Box Jumps
** 3 minuets Rest **
B:
7 minutes of BURPEES!
Record total for A and a total for B
ADVICE: suck it up & get on with it!
Finisher Skill: This weeks WOW! 1 minute of max strict pull ups
