WOD - Saturday 27th July "Filthy Fifty" (ish)




Strength/ Skill:
Preparation for the main event ....what tools do you need to succeed; what do you need to do to make this happen? 

WOD..... "FILTHY FIFTY"
For Time:
50 Box jump
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
50 Walking Lunge
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press 
50 Sit Ups
50 Wall ball 20 
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

**Scale it; just get it done**
