WOD Monday 25th November Squat day!

Strength/skill:
Squats
 2 x warm up 
3 x Working Sets at 80% (5 Reps)

Paired with: 
kettle bell jumps x 5
Tuck Jumps x 5 
Banded Jumps x 5
 
WOD:
7 Rounds for Time: 
5 x Rolling Burpees
10 x Box Jumps
15 x Kettlebell Swings
