Strength:
Deadlifts
2 x Warm up
3 x 5 Reps (85% Max)

3 x 6 Banded Kettlebell swings 

WOD:
15 minutes of AMRAP
9 Deadlifts (50% Max)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps
 
Record Total Rounds
Finisher Skill: Handstand Progressions to holds
