WOD-Wednesday 18th September

Strength/skill:
Squats  @60%Max
Warm up followed by 3 x working sets 5 reps 

** After each set complete 2 max height box jumps** 

WOD:
12 minute AMRAP
2, 4, 6, 8 ... Ascending reps of:
Press Ups 
Hang cleans 
Push press
(Use the same weight for the cleans as the push press). 

Finisher Skill: WOW!
