Strength/skill:
Strict Press @60%Max
Warm up followed by 3 x working sets 5 reps 

** After each set complete 2 max height box jumps** 

EMOM: hollow rock HOLDs

WOD:
Max rounds in 15 minutes
15x Double unders 
10x KB swings 
5x Pull-ups

Finisher Skill: WOW! max ring dips - extended
