WOD - Thursday 12th September



Strength/skill:
Deadlifts - 60% Max
2 x Warm Up sets 
3 x Working Sets of 5 reps 

Paired with: Banded Kettlebell swings after  each working set 

WOD:
10 Rounds for time....
1 x Deadlift (add 1 after each round) 
5 pull ups 
10 push up 
15 squats 
50 single skips (25 double unders)

**** REPEAT TO 10 DEADLIFTS*****
