WOD 2nd December

A change to the programme as I wanted to share this gift from our friends on the North!

WOD:
With a 30 minute clock on, complete 2 rounds of the following. 

30 Air Squats 
200 Run
30 Burpees
200 Run
30 Jumping Lunges 
200 Run 
30 Press Ups
200 Run

THEN .... You have the rest of the time to complete as many GTOH as possible.
