WOD - Monday 5th August CrossFit, Circuit HIIT, Gymnastic skills & much more




Strength/skill:
Cleans Hang - 
2 x Warm Up sets increasing the weights 
3 x working sets working up to failure 
Record final weight

EMOM:
6 x Pull Ups
6 x Press Ups (Clapping)

WOD:
18 minute AMRAP
Thrusters & knees 2 Elbows ladder
