WOD - Wednesday 8th January CrossFit, BoxFit & much more





Strength/skill:
Snatch & Thrusters 

WOD:
3 Rounds  of 1 minute if each if the following 
Burpees 
Power snatch
Thrusters
Pull Ups 
Box Jumps 
* REST 1 minute* 

Record total reps for each of the above. 

Finisher Skill: 1 minute Max air squats
