Squats - Air, Goblet, power, Barbell - front & back squats. 


WOD:
Squat - TASTIC! 
3 rounds of
3 x Air Squats
3 x Goblet Squats 20/32
3 x Power Squats (Kettlebells)
**400 m Run**
3 Rounds of
3 x Toes 2 Bar (alt legs)
3 x KB forward & back lunge walks 
3 x Jumping Lunges (alt legs
** 400m Run**
And finally ....3 rounds of..,
3 x Back Squats (40/60)
3 x Front Squats (40/60)
3 x Box Jumps 
400 m run
