WOD - Tuesday 6th August - CrossFit & Olympic lifting Fest today ....


Strength/ Skill:
Squats
2 x warm up sets
3 x working sets of 8, 6 & 4 reps 

Increasing the weight after every round yet not compromising on technique or form. 

PreHab: Shoulders - Banded pull aparts

WOD:
2 x 7 minute AMRAP
A:
10 x Press 
10 x Wall Ball 
10 x Sit Ups

** 3 Minutes rest **

B:
4 x Cleans
6 x Bar Hop Burpees
8 x Ring Dips
