Strength: 
Deadlifts 
2 x warm up sets
3 x working sets of 8, 6 & 4 reps 

Increasing the weight after every round yet not compromising on technique or form. 

PreHab:  - Banded Kettlebells Swings 

WOD: 
5 Rounds for time 
10 x Alt arm KB Swings 
10 x KB Goblet Squats
10 x KB Push Press 
10 x KB Deadlifts
10 x KB Thrusters
