Strength/skill:
Push Press
2 x warm up set to set working rate of 80%
3 x working sets of 5 Reps




WOD:
5 rounds for time 
400m run 
10 x kb swing
10 burpees
10 knees to elbow
10 push ups 
10  sit ups 
10 pull ups
