WOD - Thursday 15th August - "V - coming soon "!



Strength/ Skill:
Squats
2 x warm up sets
3 x working sets of 8, 6 & 4 reps 

Increasing the weight after every round yet not compromising on technique or form. 

PreHab: Banded Squats

WOD:
AMRAPS 20 minutes
6x Back squats @ 70% body weight
8 x Burpee pull-ups 
10x Kb swings (16/32)
12 x Russian Twists 
Run 200m + 1 forward roll!  (Yes, that's does say a "forward roll")!

Finisher Skill: This weeks WOW!
