Strength:
Front Squats to OHS
3 x 5 at 70% 

EMOM:
5 x Strict Pull Ups
10 x Air Squats 
 
3 x 1 Min Rounds 30 seconds rest between rounds 
Wall Balls 
Kettlebell Swing
Box Jumps
Burpees 
Kcal Row 
 
Record total Score at each station
