Follow each set with:
5 x Box Jumps 
3 x KB Jumps 
5 x Banded Jumps 

**Rest 3 minutes between rounds**

WOD: 
21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 
Wall Balls & Kettlebell swings
