Strength/skill:
Double Unders 
Ring Dips 

Floor Press 
2 x Warm Up sets 
3 x Working sets of 8, 6, 4 reps

Paired with barbell rows to failure - chest to bar

WOD:
5 rounds for time
5 x  Goblet Squats 
10 x Kettlebell swings 
15 x Sit Ups
