Squats OHS progressions
2 x Warm Ups Sets
3 x 5 working Sets 

PreHab: banded Squats 

WOD:
1 round 25 reps of each of the following - for time: 
Box Jumps
Push Press
Jumping lunges
Pull Ups
Russian Twist


Finisher Skill: 400 run for time
