WOD - Friday 19th July - "Le BOOM, it's Le Weekend".





Strength/skill:
Deadlifts 

3 x working sets 5 reps @ 60%

3 x 6 Reps banded KB swings between each working set 

12 minute AMRAP:
10 x Kettlebell Press Ups 
5 x Alt. arm KB Rows (10 in total) 
10 x KB Falmers Walk 
5 x SDHP 
10 x KB Swings 

*** DON'T LET GO OF THE BELL ****
