Strength/skill:
Push Press - 60% Max
2 x Warm Up sets 
3 x Working Sets of 5 reps 

* *Eccentric Pull Ups between each working set** x4

PreHab: Shoulders scap raises with plate  x 6


WOD:
5 rounds for time
6 x Front Squats (60% body weight)
8 x GTOH
10 x Wall Balls 
200 m run
