WOD - Tuesday 10th September - 9.30am CrossFit 12-2 Open Gym 5pm Open Gym 6 & 7 CrossFit 8 pm Olympic lifting

Strength/skill:
Squats - 60% Max
2 x Warm Up sets 
3 x Working Sets of 5 reps 

PreHab: Shoulders - Scap. Raises with plate. 

WOD: "Annie" Variation. 
400 Run check in & out 


Replace the double unders with DOUBLE the amount of skips .....

Finisher Skill: WOW!
