WOD - Thursday 19th September CrossFit BoxFit & Olympic Lifting


Strength/skill:
Deadlifts - technique 
Then work up to 3 Rep Max

WOD:  5 Rounds 

1 x Deadlift 80%
3 x Kettlebell Clean & Press (each arm)
5 x Pull Ups 
7 x Box Jumps
9 x Wall Balls 

**200 m run every FORTH minute ***
