Strength/skill: Kettlebell Snatch Technique

PreHab: Banded Walk x 6

WOD:
3 rounds for time
6 x KB Snatch (each arm) 
8 x KB Press Ups 
10 x KB Squats 
100 x Single Skips

Finisher Skill: WOW - max 1 minute ring dips
