The first part of the session will involve technique based on the following, to get you READY to take on "The Bear"!

Power clean
Front squats
Push press
Back squats
Push press

All of the above  is ONE round

Finisher for Time:

26 Burpess
28 Air Squats
5 STRICT Pull Ups
