Friday 3rd May

BOOM! Its the weekend! Today we will be mostly be with the kettlebells.












Strength:
Deadlifts
2 x warm up sets
3 x working sets of 8,6,4

This need to be at a challenging weight not maximal weight - the focus is on  great quality repetitions and technique

Between each working set
5 x Kettlebell Banded Swings
3 x 8 band pull aparts

 
EMOM (10 minutes)
5 x Pull Ups
5 x Kettlebell OH Press

5 Rounds for time:
10 x Kettlebell Press Ups
10 x Kettlebell Row (5 each arm)
10 x Kettlebell Lunge Walks
4 x Wall Climbs
 
Record total time

Finisher Skill2 minutes double unders or continual skipping
