Thursday 25th - Todays Workout

Strength/Skills: Back Squats (Timed Reps)


Warm Up 10 reps with bar
1 x Set at 50%
5 x 10 (10 second timed reps)

3 Rounds For Time
5 x Pull Ups

7 x Burpee Box Jumps
9 x GTOH
11 x Ring Dips
 
Finisher: 2 minutes double unders or continual skipping
