Strength/Skills: Thrusters

3 x 5 minute AMRAP's (1 Minute rest between A, B & C)

A:
10 x Box Jumps & 10 Kettlebell Swings

B:
6 x Thrusters
10 x Bar Hop Burpees

C:
6 x Pull Ups
10 x Air Squats

Finisher: 400 m run
