Strength/Skills: Agility skills & Jump Strength

4 Rounds For Time

50 double under or 100 skip check in

10 x Get ups (Kb swings)
8 x Jumping pull ups
6 x Box Jumps
Finisher: 2 minutes double unders or continual skipping
