Friday: 9.30 WOD & open Session ti 6pm
Saturday: 10 am WOD
Sunday: 10 am WOD
BHM: 10 am WOD followed by BBQ (bring your owns food & drink- age).
Most of the sessions have been opens up to more than the usual numbers as I have arranged additional Coaches so we can have some great team & partner sessions.
